All rates include VAT and are per hour (minimum 2-hour booking). Rates include full use of tables, chairs, and kitchenware.
Hire Categories & Rates
Weekly Regular Hire (Monday - Friday Only)
- Capacity: Up to 30 people
- Rate: £20/hour Inc. VAT (min 2 hour booking)
Single Event Hire (Monday - Friday)
- Small Event: Up to 40 people – £37/hour Inc VAT
- Medium Event: Up to 70 people – £75/hour Inc VAT
- Large Event: 70-120 people – £150/hour Inc VAT
Single Event Hire (Saturday - Sunday)
- Small Event: Up to 40 people – £42/hour Inc VAT
- Medium Event: Up to 70 people – £80/hour Inc VAT
- Large Event: 70-120 people – £170/hour Inc VAT
Discounts
Residents of Sudbury Parish and non-profit or charitable organisations are eligible for a discount on Single Event Hires (Small, Medium, and Large). Proof of eligibility (Sudbury Parish address or registered charity number) is required before invoicing.
Deposits
- Hire Deposit: A deposit of £250 may be applicable to group 3 & 4 bookings at the discretion of the Board. This is refundable less any expenses for damage, repairs, or additional cleaning after the event.
